WHO CAN APPLY
Open to US ski shop employees at the manager level and below.
Shop owners and buyers are not eligible.
Eligible roles include:
- Sales staff
- Ski technicians
- Ski tuners
- Boot fitters
- Rental staff
- Shop managers

Elan sales reps will select one standout shop employee from each of nine US sales territories. Details about territory assignments and selection criteria are still pending.
