How do I choose the correct ski length?
Ski length depends on height, skill level and terrain. Beginners typically choose shorter skis for easier control, while advanced skiers prefer longer skis for stability.
What is the correct size for a child?
A junior ski should generally fall between chest and eye height. Shorter skis are easier to control; longer skis provide more stability.
What makes Elan skis different?
Elan skis combine Slovenian craftsmanship, proprietary technologies like Amphibio, and a sustainability-focused production process.
What are all-mountain skis? Which models fit this category?
All-mountain skis are designed for versatility across conditions. Elan models include Wingman, Wildcat and Ripstick.
Do skis come with bindings?
Some models include bindings. If bindings are shown in product images, they are included.
Can I mount or adjust bindings myself?
No. Bindings should always be mounted and adjusted by a certified technician for safety.

Are ski tests free?
Yes, Elan test events are free of charge (lift pass not included).

We ship across the EU. For other regions, contact a local dealer.

Typically 2–7 business days for in-stock items.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Only before dispatch. Contact support immediately after placing your order.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Contact support with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

How do I return an item?
Notify us within 14 days and return unused items within 30 days.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Do new skis need servicing before first use?
No, all skis are ready to use out of the box.
How often should skis be serviced?
Approximately every 20 ski days or at least once per season.
How should I store skis?
Store in a cool, dry place. Apply protective wax for offseason storage.
Can I service my skis at Elan?
Yes, at the Begunje store or through authorised dealers.
Warranty & Support
How does the warranty work?
Warranty applies to products purchased through authorised dealers and must be claimed through the original seller. It covers manufacturing defects only. Wear, tear and misuse are not included.
